A lidded container for collecting, storing and serving food liquids, comprising a) a cylindrical vessel having vertical sidewalls, a spout located in its top edge, and of a handle member vertically oriented is fixed to the vertical side wall in a diametrically opposite position to said spout; b) a follower circular cover is held floatingly and having an upper surface and a lower surface, said cap having a diameter which is from 90% to less than 100% of the internal diameter of said container, and having the surface top of said cover means of a knob or integrally provided to remove said cap from said container lift.
