ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA vertically disposed power take-off unit istaught wherein a bus duct section is vertically disposedand having an opening for a power take-off device in oneof the side walls of the bus duct housing. A power take-off is detachably attached to the opening in the bus ducthousing so as to be vertically disposed. A circuit con-trol device such as a circuit breaker is installed in thepower take-off unit thereby allowing proper circuitbreaker operation when vertically disposed in the verticalpower take-off unit as well as providing an installationand use advantage.
