Application of apyrimidic acids to the obtention of probes or more generally of sequences used for the detection and optionally the preparation of nucleotide sequences of complementary nucleic acids contained in a medium, by hybridation of said apyrimidic acids with said nucleotide sequences. More particularly, the invention aims at nucleic acids, particularly modified DNAs, wherein at least a portion of desoxycytidine-phosphate or thymidine-phosphate groups in particular is replaced by groups (II) linked in the chain to similar groups or to intact nucleotides, and wherein R represents a coupling group.
