Application of apyrimidic acids to the constitution of probes or more generally of sequences used for the detection and if necessary, for the separation of the nucleotide sequences of complementary nucleic acids contained in a medium, by hybridization of said apyrimidic acids with said nucleotide sequences. It relates more particularly to nucleic acids, in particular modified DNAs, in which at least part of the deoxycytidine-phosphate or thymidine-phosphate groups in particular is replaced by groups (II) linked in the chain to similar groups or to intact nucleotides , R representing a coupling group.
