Batch production of polyurethane foam slabs

Apparatus for continuously manufacturing sheets of polyurethane foam in a batch, which comprises a cylindrical tank for developing polyurethane foam, equipped with an inlet in its side wall for introducing into it polyurethane feed solution; an agitation tank for forming a polyurethane foam supply solution, which is mounted in a carriage arranged movably close to the cylindrical tank; agitator blades mounted inside the agitation tank; a discharge pipe which extends from a lower side of the agitation tank in order to discharge the supply solution via the inlet to the cylindrical tank; pipes for introducing raw materials into the agitation tank; and a pipe for introducing a washing solvent in order to remove the raw materials. The cylindrical tank is connected interchangeably to the agitation tank by means of the discharge pipe.
