Batch type production equipment of polyurethane foam slabs

Polyurethane foam feed soln. components are introduced, via pipes into a stirring tank mounted on a carrier which is movable in the proximity of a cylindrical foam tank having a flat bottom and an open top, the tank having stirring blades mounted therein. A discharge pipe extends diagonally downwardly from a side of the lower end of the stirring tank to permit the feed soln. to be discharged therefrom through an inlet opening in the side of the foam tank. A pipe is provided for introducing a washing solvent for urethane feed soln. into the stirring tank and an electromagnetic valve is mounted in the discharge pipe. The components are useful for forming polyurethane slabs in a continuous fashion in a batch type method.
