Practice and training apparatus for players of ball games (football, tennis or similar) comprises a frame (2) hinged in H-formation on the lower support (1) to which it is connected by three sets of hinged, adjustable, rigid bars (4, (5), (6). Two nets (26, 27) are stretched elastically back to back to form an inverted Y-profile. Application: extending the range of potential uses of the apparatus, in particular for training clubs; possibility for two teams to train simultaneously, one on each side of the apparatus.
