The training apparatus is for football, hand ball and for tennis (1). It is provided with a rubber rope (4) which feeds the ball back to its source after its projection forwards. The rope can be extended or shortened by a spring-operated roller (5). A belt (6) tensioned around the waist retains the ball (1), the rubber rope (4) and the roller (5), so that the legs and arms are free to play the ball. The balls can be easily exchanged.
