The A/D converter is suitable to the image signal processor which requires the high processing speed. The A/D converter has a comparator unit including the Bipolar transistors for comparing the voltage level of the analog input signal and the reference voltage, a transmitting unit including the CMOS transistors for transmitting the input signal to nodes according to the output of the comparator, and a memory unit including the CMOS transistors for providing the digital signal recorded on a memory.
