A set of two bracket is provided to inset the rotational barrel on the upper surface of the base plate. Each barrel is composed of a consonant displaying cylinder and a final consonant displaying cylinder inserted thereinto. The ratchet gear of consonant cylinder is pulled down anti-clockwise and is rotated by two rod and an operating piece, while the ratchet gear of the final consonant cylinder is pushed on clockwise and is rotated by a pushing lever and an operating piece. A vowel displaying cylidner on the rear surface of the upper case is rotated by a lever operation. A complete Korean character is displayed through the window by combining them.
