ABSTRACTA composite sheet is disclosed comprising acontinuous matrix of a synthetic resinous materialhaving randomly dispersed therein conductive fibers anda particulate, conductive or semi-conductive, filler.In addition to providing excellent EMI shieldingproperties, the composite sheets are formable and areof sufficient strength to act as structural components.
