A visor for a head-up display in which the surfaces which, in use, are located immediately in front of the eyes of the user, are respectively first and second paraboloids having spaced axes. The invention also extends to a method of manufacture of such a visor, using numerically-controlled apparatus, and to a head-up display incorporating such a visor.
