The roller bearings (13, 14) are protected from shocks and vibrations by an oil-filled oil film damper (17, 18). By means of a locking device (34) in the main lubricating oil channel (35), the lubricating oil supply of the rolling stock (13, 14) is blocked at the vehicle standstill. However, the oil pressure supply of the oil film damper (17, 18) remains in place, so that the oil film damper (17, 18) retains its functionality.
