CUTTING AND WINDING DEVICE IN WINDER FOR BAND-LIKE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To surely cut and wind a band-like material to be wound, onto an empty bobbin with no crinkling and no burring in a device for repeating the steps of moving a bobbin on which a band-like material has been wound at a wind-up position to a take-out position and moving an empty bobbin to the wind-up position so as to carry out the take-out of the wound material and the wind-up of the band-like material. ;CONSTITUTION: A retaining roll 28 which approaches a trough 33 formed between a press roll 12 adapted to press the outer surface of a wound material at a wind-up position and a bobbin B is slit into a plurality of roll members 29 which are fitted roatably on an air pipe 25 in an air nozzle pipe 24 having several nozzles 27 for jetting air in a direction in which the leading end of the wound material is laid along the outer surface of the bobbin B in the trough 33. Further, the air nozzle pipe 24 and the retaining roll 28 which are coaxial with a cutting tool 16 can be retracted together to a take-out position for the wound material, outside of a moving area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
