The seat rake adjustment has geared controls with a tag (25) linked to one side of the hinge set between the narrow ends of two cam shapes (19, 20) whose larger ends are held apart by a spring. The cam shapes form the eccentric grip for the hinge and are surrounded by needle roller bearings for a smooth adjustment. The bearings provide a smooth uptake of the adjusting drive and support the eccentric drive via an eccentric mounting of the cam shapes.
