BR/ The deflector (12) comprises a profiled part (34) attached to a veil (36) suitable for being fixed to an element of the wiper, for example to the blade (10), this veil comprising a face elongated support surface (46) on which transverse grooves (52) are provided, said support face being suitable for being applied and fixed against an elongate receiving face (48) of the wiper element (10 ) by fixing means (54), thereby providing air passages between the web (36) and the wiper element (10).
