摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor by using an oxidation- resistant palladium powder and the thick-film conductive paste using the powder. ;CONSTITUTION: The oxidation-resistant palladium powder contains at least 0.005wt.% of an alkaline-earth metal. A palladium soln. contg. an alkaline-earth metal is sprayed and calcined to produce a palladium powder. The paste consists of the powder and a vehicle.
