PURPOSE: To prevent dislocation of a precast concrete foundation by furnishing a projection for connection of a splicing beam can each side face of a riser part of the foundation, providing bolt holes in each projection, and also providing bolt holes at the side end of the splicing beam. ;CONSTITUTION: On a base 21, a riser part 22 is provided where two anchor bolts 26 are installed on the oversurface, and two projections 23 for connection of splicing beam are installed perpendicularly on the side face of this riser part 23. A level difference is formed at the outer surface of each projection, and bolt holes 25 are provided at each level difference 24 to complete a precast concrete foundation. At execution of works, the base 21 is buried in the ground, and the foundation 2 is installed so that the riser part 22 protrudes from the ground. The end of the splicing beam 6 is overlapped over the outer surface of each level difference 24, and the bolt holes 25 are put in alignment with bolt holes 61 in the splicing beam 6, and bolts are threaded through these holes 25, 61, followed by driving-in of nuts.
