The temperature-control device comprises a blower device (8) with an internal air recirculation loop for recirculating cold air which was deflected by the rotary body (6) to be cooled. A cold-air generator (12) is arranged externally from the blower device (8) and is connected thereto in terms of flow via a cold-air feedline. Energy for generating cold air is thus saved and the cold-air feedlines can have a smaller cross-section since only a reduced quantity of cold air still has to be supplied. IMAGE
