PURPOSE:To improve the workability and safety, and to shorten construction period by providing an extractor between a cutter device and a mixer device, and by extracting scratched materials scratched by the cutter device to the side of a running car body. CONSTITUTION:A cutter device 32 is provided on the running car body comprising a preceding car body 1 and a following car body 2, so as to scratch a paved road surface, while a mixer device 46 is provided thereafter, so as to mix materials. An extractor 70 is then provided in a proruded manner to the side of the running car body, between the cutter device 32 and the mixer device 46, so as to extract the scratched materials scratched by the cutter device 32 to the side of the running car body. The scratched materials are supplied to the mixer device 46 as required.
