PURPOSE:To make use of thermosetting plastic being a major part of a waste plastic which is used conventionally only in a limited use as a concrete shuttering for a concrete shuttering work. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting waste plastic powder is radiation treated, then the obtained thermosetting waste plastic powder is heat-treated by styrene or a polymerizable styrene derivative, then an obtained product is pulverized, a pulverized matter obtained in this manner is mixed with waste polystyrene, heated and molded.
