The common milk is composed of Cl8: 1n9, which is the most unsaturated fatty acid. Cl2: 0, Cl4: 0, Cl6: 0, Cl8: 0 are also the main constituents of saturated fatty acids, and 80% of total fatty acids are non-essential fatty acids. It is more useful to people, especially when it comes to eating habits of Koreans. Omega 3 fatty acids are very low, so they are added to milk so that you can easily take omega 3 fatty acids. Using calcium-bound perilla oil and calcium-bound fish oil, milk with 11 and 9.5 times higher omega-3 fatty acids than regular milk would be useful in terms of insufficient nutrient intake while maintaining the diet of ordinary people .
