The tool has a main body (10) which defines an internal chamber (40), one end (411) of which is open, enclosing an abrasive tool (30) driven in rotation. The chamber also has an evacuation opening (410) separate from the open end. A rotary ventilator (20) is mounted on the drive shaft (12) of the abrasive tool, arranged above the tool and in cooperation with the evacuation opening. The ventilator promotes a suction flow of air from the interior of the chamber, drawing air in through the open end and discharging air and dust through the evacuation opening to an air-permeable dust collection bag (50).
