PURPOSE: To increase workability by laminating, trough a flexible sheet, carpet materials, of which side length is longer by a wiring groove width than a platy body, on a square platy body of which upper four sides are provided with a sink part so that it can be peeled off and re-stuck. ;CONSTITUTION: When free access floor panels 1 are worked, panels 1 are laid out on a floor surface. In this case, the extension part 41 of a carpet 4 covers the overlapped part 31 of an adjacent panel 1 so that the carpets 4 are made in contact with each other without clearance. Next the extension part 41 is raised, a thin sheet is inserted between the sink parts 21 of the adjacent panels 1, and covers a wiring groove 6. Then the carpet is applied over it, and the carpet 4 is stuck to the thin sheet and a flexible sheet 3 of the panel 1 adjacent to the carpet 4 for lamination. In addition, in this case, because adhesive agent capable of peeling off and re-sticking is applied onto the rear surface of the carpet 4, it is not necessary to apply adhesive agent.
