RAIL RENEWAL MACHINE FOR RAILWAY AND RAIL RENEWAL METHOD USING RAIL RENEWAL MACHINE

PURPOSE: To abolish a mountain crossing equipment wholly, and to simplify even the usage and control of a renewal machine when old and new rails are introduced to a truck-shaped renewal machine traveling along rails respectively and the old and new rails are renewed while backwards forwarding the old and new rails. ;CONSTITUTION: Two renewal machines 1 having the same constitution are used as a pre-stage machine 1A and a post-stage machine 1B, the pre-stage machine 1A is set onto old rails R1, and new rails R2 temporarily placed on both sides of the old rails R1 are set onto guide rollers 31 by suspension arms 35 configuring the new-rail introducing mechanisms 32 of guide sections 4. The pre-stage machine 1A is moved forward while the new rails R2 are crossed and introduced onto the old rails R1 to backward rail-laying places, the post- stage machine 1B is set onto the new rails R2, and the old rails R1 are induced onto the guide rollers 31 of the guide sections 4 of the post-stage machine 1B.
