CONSTITUTION:In mounting of a filler tube 1, a bolt hole 30 of a bolt 13 of a first bracket 21 is first mated with a bolt hole 42 on the under surface 27 side of a side member 26 for temporary locking by means of a bolt 13 and a nut 14. The filler tube 1 is brought into a turned upward state, a second bracket 22 is also temporarily locked, in a similar manner described above, to a bracket 32 on the car body side to mount the filler tube 1, and a resilient material 24 is forced into contact with a back 23 of a wheel house outer 6.
