PURPOSE:To rationalize manufacture and to reduce a cost by a method wherein units formed in a rectangular parallelepiped, a trapezoid, and a right-angled triangle are provided, and through combination of the units, various roofs are built. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular parallelepiped unit 1, a trapezoid unit 11, and a right-angled triangle unit 21, wherein a wall material, a floor material, a ceiling material, and a roof material are mounted to a framework, are manufactured at a shop. The unit 11 is placed on the units 1 piled up to a desired floor, and a roof 31 in accordance with limitation of an oblique line is built. The unit 11 and the unit 21 are placed, in order, on the unit 1 to form a gable roof 41. The unit 11 is mounted to the central part of the one side of a roof 52 formed with the unit 1, and units 21 are arranged to the upper part and the right and the left and in positions facing the parts to form a penthouse 53. This method enables easy building of various kinds of roofs by means of the low number of kinds of the units.
