Analysis on the Countermeasures of Residence Industrialization with Supply Chain Theory

摘要

With the rapid rise of the real estate industry, its development level has been related to the life cycle of the entire national economy. This paper analyzes the advantages of the supply chain management model by comparing the traditional management mode with the supply chain management mode, and constructs the supply chain ecosystem of the residential industry at the same time. Finally, we put forward to the corresponding strategy for the development of the real estate industry.
