GRAIN PROCESSING DEVICE WITH RACHIS-BRANCH PROCESSING FOR COMBINE

摘要

PURPOSE: To eliminate waste and make the process effective while utilizing sufficiently a process of elevating and food unhulled rice grains from a threshing section into a storage tank. ;CONSTITUTION: A combine is composed of an elevating cylinder 2 for elevating and feeding unhulled rice grains from a threshing section into a storage tank 1 combined with a rachis-branch processing device 3, and the rachis-branch processing device 3 is provided on the side section of the elevating cylinder 2 and grains having passed through the rachis-branch processing device 3 are elevated by the elevating cylinder 2. Also a processing line passed through the rachis-branch processing device 3 and introducing the grains into the storage tank 1 and a no-processing line introducing the grains from the elevating cylinder 2 directly into the storage tank 1 are constituted to be changed over alternately. A suction dust exhauster is provided in the rachis-branch processing device 3 to separate and discharge cut rachis-branches after the grains with rachis-branches are processed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
