PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of parts by connecting a control cam projecting beyond a hook finger and a catch hook forming the upper side of a hook jaw with each other with pressure by a force accumulator which acts on a lock lever, and linking them by an operable lock release part. ;CONSTITUTION: A back step part 30 is attached on the contact side having a compressed surface of a catch hook 17, and the back step part 30 is engaged with a protrusion 31 of a lock lever 25 when the catch hook 17 is in the open position. One groove 32 sinking relative to the back step part 30 at the corner to abut to the back of the catch hook 17 is formed on the back step part 30, and a nose 33 at the top between the lift surface 26 of the lock lever 25 and the protrusion 31 engages the groove 32 with the catch hook 17 in the open position. When a control cam 23 touches a stopper 19 and a proper load is applied on the link part, the catch hook 17 is kept staying in the open position till it is released from the locked open position by the rotation of the catch hook 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
