Adhesion prophylaxis

The invention relates to a mechanical adhesion prophylaxis for endoscopic interventions in which a double-walled film is rolled onto a film applicator and introduced into the body cavity. In the body cavity, the double-walled film is inflated like an air cushion and thus prevents post-operative adhesion of deperitonised areas.
