SUBSTANCE: waste gases, sewage or sludge and solid waste and garbage are discharged to common controllable system of underground lines and structures equipped with devices for supply of flows of gases, liquids and solid waste, sensors, control system, as well as device for chemical and physico-chemical processes, equipment for supply of recovered valuable materials, bringing them to surface and to industrial plants for processing secondary materials; equipment for discharge of cleaned gas and liquids. Shafts, tunnels, natural features, manifolds specially fitted for the purpose and underground structures may be used as underground lines. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
