PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting the crust of a big claw of a crab, high in safety and productivity by improving a danger and a low efficiency accompanying with the cutting of the big claw of the crab with a hand operation on a cutter rotating at a high speed. ;SOLUTION: This device for cutting the crust of a big claw of a crab 20 is constituted by conveying the trunk part of the big claw of the crab linearly by pinching the claw part of the big claw of the crab with a conveying means 200 for the big claw of the crab toward a pair of disc shaped cutters 301, 401 arranged at the sides as facing each other with a passage (a) for the trunk part of the big claw of the crab 20 between and rotating with supported as capable of freely advancing and retreating to the passage and forming a ring shaped incision in the outer periphery of the trunk part of the big claw of the crab by advancing and retreating the each of the cutters 301, 401 along the outer periphery of the trunk part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
