PURPOSE:To obtain food additives capable of taking calcium having high units necessary to human body by adding to food by previously dissolving ionized calcium in water and then blending the solution with a fermented lactic acid. CONSTITUTION:Ionized calcium is previously dissolved in water and then the solution is blended with a fermented lactic acid to provide the aimed additive consisting of an aqueous solution of fermented lactic acid containing ionized calcium having high concentration. Furthermore, mixed ratio of the fermented lactic acid and water is preferably 10-35cc/90-66cc. Ionized calcium content based on 100 aqueous solution of the fermented lactic acid is preferably 0.5-2.4g. The fermented lactic acid is preferably is optically active L (+) lactic acid.
