The present invention relates to a data communication device through a power line, and conventionally, by using a telephone line, if one of the two is not used, such as a telephone cannot be used when a modem is used and a modem cannot be used when a telephone is used. Therefore, the present invention allows the telephone or modem to be used at the same time by performing communication using a power line, and the noise generated when using the power line is removed by using a spread spectrum method.
