PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent rotations of male and female screws by providing serrations, at least one being elastically deformed, in male and female members engaged with each other. ;SOLUTION: In the valve main body 6 of a pressure regulating valve, the small diameter part outer periphery of a bottom shell 7 is fitted in the recessed part of the base bellows 3 of a metallic bellows 1 and, in this case, a male screw 12 used for pressure regulation and a first serration 13 are formed in the large diameter part outer periphery of the bottom shell 7. On the other hand, a female screw 17 and the projecting part 19 of a second serration are formed in a shell having internal communication ports 14 and 15 for absorbing the bottom shell 7 having the valve main body 6 loaded. At the time of loading the bottom shell 7 in the shell, the serration 13 and the projecting part 19 of the second serration are engagingly screwed in and relative rotation, between the bottom shell 7 and the shell, and their turning movements, are regulated after the adjustment of screwing-in amount.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
