FILTERATION EQUIPMENT FOR SLIDING OIL AND CUTTING OIL FOR MACHINE TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate and filter oil even when a maching device is stopped by providing a structure having a circulation pump, thereby circulating sliding oil and cutting oil even if a machine tool is stopped. ;SOLUTION: Sliding oil and cutting oil in a coolant tank are sucked in a filter tank 3 by a circulation pump 1, and overflowing oil is transferred to a filter tank 5. As a partition plate 4 is provided, oil takes gentle motion to be separated according to a difference in specific gravity in the filter tank 5. On the other hand, oil is further moved and passed through a filter material installation bottom plate 7 having a circulation hole to reach a filter tank 9 filled with filter material. In the filter tank 9 to which aerobic bacteria is added, biofilteration is performed by filter material where aerobic bacteria is bred to return the oil from a discharge port 11 to the coolant tank 12 through a drain port 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
