In the level 5, fuel is cut in three cylinders at the second gear speed. In the level 6, fuel is cut in four cylinders at the second gear speed. The magnitude of firing torque is changed by changing the number of the cylinders in which fuel cut is to be performed, and the deceleration of the vehicle is changed even in the same shift stage.
