PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the luminance, etc., of a light emitting source by forming guided light reflection layers of pattern superposed and aligned on and to light shielding part pattern on the light shielding part patterns and forming transparent adhesive layers on the light shielding part patterns and the guided light reflection layers. ;SOLUTION: The muffle painting sheet for a light guide display panel is constituted by forming display layers 5 displaying the light transmitting part patterns 3 and the light shielding part patterns 4 on a base body sheet 2, forming the guided light reflection layers 7 of the patterns superposed and aligned on and to the light shielding part patterns 4 on the light shielding part patterns 4 and forming the transparent adhesive layers 6 on the light transmitting part patterns 3 and the guided light reflection layers. If the muffle painting sheet is constituted in such a manner, the guided light is not scattered, absorbed and attenuated even if the guided light falls onto the light shielding part patterns 4 and, therefore, the good inside surface reflectivity of the light guide display panel is maintained as it is.
