A light guide panel, a display module and a method manufacturing a light guide panel are provided to reduce the number of optical films used for the display module, thereby minimizing a size of the display module. A light guide panel(150a) comprises a polarizer(154a) and a substrate unit(152a). The polarizer forms a wire grid structure of metal material, reflects electromagnetic waves of polarizing elements parallel to the wire grid, and transmits electromagnetic waves of polarizing elements vertical to the wire grid. The substrate unit is made from transparent material and combines the polarizer on one or more surfaces of an upside or bottom.
