PURPOSE:To carry out a waste water treatment efficiently by cutting and bagging the hollow module which is taken out of a hollow tube type filter film filter device and contaminated with the radioactive material in order from the bottom without laying it laterally. CONSTITUTION:A turntable type collecting device 4 is fitted with collecting pockets at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and polyethylene bags 6 are put in the pockets respectively. The lower end part of the hollow system module 2 which is suspended from a monorail 1 and held by a holding jig 5 is cut by a cutter 3 first to set length and collected in a bag put in one collecting pocket of the device 4. Then the module 2 is further lowered by necessary length by the motor-driven hoist of the monorail 1 and the device 4 is rotated by one pocket; and a pocket at a next position is cut by the cutter 3 and a cut piece is gathered in the pocket in the next position. This operation is repeated in order and cut module cut pieces are stored in bags 6 in order and disposed.
