PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the interior of a hollow part of a skin airtight and to rationalize a cell structure of urethane foam in the vicinity of an injection part. ;SOLUTION: A plug member 26 has a truncated cone-shaped head part 30 set to a shape not entirely closely fitted to a conical inner surface 16d of an injection part 16 when a plug member is inserted into the injection part 16 integrally molded to a skin 12 for a headrest in an axially aligned state. That is, by inserting the plug member 26 into the injection part 16, the annular lower edge part 30a of the truncated cone-shaped head part linearly comes into contact with the conical inner surface 16d of the injection part 16. In such a case that the injection part 16 has a shape wherein a cylindrical connection part 16a is interposed between the min. diameter part of a truncated cone part 16b and the skin 12, the protruding part 32 capable of sufficiently occupying the space 34 of the cylindrical part 16a is provided to the end part of the truncated cone- shaphed head part 30 of the plug member 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
