Auto-carrying panel frames (P) are constituted from an expanded foam rigid insulating core (1) contained in a metallic sealed casing (2). The frames are fixed to two superposed concrete floors by metal fasteners and support an external facing constituted by plates (M) and an internal facing (R). The metal fasteners have a horizontal branch which is screwed into a floor and a vertical branch screwed in front of the floor section. The frame is fastened in its lower and upper parts to the vertical branches of legs fixed to two superposed floors so that the panels can be superposed in a vertical plane on the building facade. The external facing plates are fixed to the frame by aluminium sections which have a vertical wall (7a) screwed against the frame. A horizontal wall (7b) is interposed between two external facing plates (M1,M2) and vertical legs (7c) on this horizontal wall are inserted in grooves in sections of the plates.
