PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared locker type delivery box which can prevent users from feeling discomfort, while avoiding decrease in serviceability. ;SOLUTION: A shared locker type delivery box is designed to store the kind of luggage to be stored in each storage room of the delivery box and to display the kind so that a person storing the luggage can recognize it when storing the luggage. Further, a means (s101) for changing the kind of luggage to be stored in each storage room of the delivery box is provided to set an optimum number of special storage rooms depending on the situation. Therefore, an optimum number of special storage rooms can be set according to the amounts of stored articles (special stored articles) which should be stored separately from other luggage such as dirty washings or foods in the delivery box in a multiple dwelling house, i.e., the frequency at which the delivery box is used, and users can be kept from feeling discomfort while avoiding decrease in serviceability.
