A shared locker item replacement method, a server, and a shared locker, for solving the problem of a user being unable to continue with replacement due to items being swallowed during item replacement in a shared locker by the user. The shared locker item replacement method comprises: receiving an abnormal replacement request, the abnormal replacement request carrying user information; acquiring information of at least one first shared item matching the user information; and, if finding on the basis of the information of n shared items that a first shared item amongst the n shared items is located in a second shared locker amongst m shared lockers, then sending an opening command to a first shared locker.
