PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality discriminating apparatus for grains capable of finding sorting discriminating information for grain processing efficiently, with a little troublesome work. ;SOLUTION: A quality discriminating apparatus for grains which finds sorting discriminating information for grain processing conveys sample grains picked up from unprocessed grains put in from an inlet by a first conveyor unit 51, and hulls them with a huller 52 without drying them. The hulled sample grains are conveyed by a second conveyor unit 54, and properties of the sample grains are measured with an appearance quality meter 55 and a taste meter 56, and outputted as the above-mentioned sorting discriminating information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
