PURPOSE:To make possible the setting of a reflow condition to a new substrate by a method wherein the setting of the reflow condition is found by a linear approximation on the basis of data on the speed of a conveyer and the highest temperatures of the substrate and the leads of a mounting component and the speed of the conveyer is set in such a way that the leads of the mounting component reach a targeted highest temperature. CONSTITUTION:The speed of a conveyer and the highest temperatures of a substrate 20 and leads 22 of a mounting component 21 are measured and a reflow condition of the second time is set using the measured results. The setting of reflow conditions of the third time and succeeding times is found by a linear approximation on the basis of data on the speed of the conveyer and the highest temperatures of the substrate 20 and the leads 22 of the component 21 on a reflow condition of the first time and data on these on the reflow condition of the second time. The speed of the conveyer is set in such a way that the leads 22 of the component 21 reach a targeted highest temperature. Thereby, the setting of a reflow condition to a new substrate is facilitated and it becomes possible that even an operator having little experience sets easily the reflow condition.
