PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a scaffolding board by holding the lower face of a horizontal frame with the lower jaw section of a fixing member, overlapping a clamp plate on the scaffolding board, and fastening them with bolts when the scaffolding board is fitted and fixed to the horizontal frame constituting a scaffold. ;SOLUTION: Multiple scaffolding boards 4 are provided in parallel at intervals 5 on multiple horizontal frames 3. A fitting tool for fitting the scaffolding board 4 to the horizontal frame 3 is constituted of a fixing member 7 inserted into the interval 5, a clamp plate 8 overlapped on the scaffolding board 4, and a headed bolt 9 for reciprocatably fastening the clamp plate 8 to the fixing member 7. When the scaffolding board 4 is fitted and fixed to the horizontal frame 3 constituting a scaffold, the lower face of the horizontal frame 3 is held by the lower jaw section 11 of the fixing member 7, the clamp plate 8 is overlapped on the scaffolding board 4, and the bolt 9 is fastened to pinch the horizontal frame 3 and the scaffolding board 4.
