Nucleotide Sequences of Japanese Encephalitis Virus Isolated from Korea

The present invention provides PrM and E gene sequences of Japanese encephalitis virus 5 strains isolated from Korea and whole genome sequences and amino acid sequences of K94P05 strain useful for the production of recombinant vaccines.;Japanese encephalitis virus isolates isolated from Korea were K96P10, K94P05, K91P55, K87P39 and K82P01 and were deposited in the NCBI Genbank data library. The K94P05 virus strain was identified as having 7 unique amino acid mutation sites.
