The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a rear axle stabilizer of a vehicle, and minimizes unnecessary bent portions at both ends of the stabilizer to reduce weight and cost, and the spare tire portion of the chassis crossmember and the rear floor so that the stabilizer passes through the bottom of the chassis crossmember. The space between the bottom of the vehicle can be used as a maintenance space.;To this end, the present invention shortens the lengths of the bent portions 11 at both ends of the stabilizer 10 so that the stabilizer 10 passes through the bottom surface of the chassis cross member 12, and at the center of the bottom surface of the chassis cross member 12. The recessed bead part 13 is formed, and the stabilizer 10 is provided so that the stabilizer 10 may be located between the bead parts 13.;Therefore, according to the present invention, the overall length of the stabilizer can be shortened, thereby reducing the weight and material cost of the torsion bar, and the bead portion is formed on the bottom of the chassis crossmember, thereby increasing the rigidity of the chassis crossmember, and the chassis crossmember. Spare tire parts can be utilized during maintenance of the vehicle bottom space, which can bring about an effect of improving serviceability.
